Registration fee includes conference materials, certificate of participation, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks. Your email address is used for critical information, including registration confirmation, evaluation, and certificate. Email physicianhealth@cma.ca for details.

GROUP REGISTRATION: Only an option for the full price, three-day experience (member or non-member). Group discount will not apply to any other discounts or categories. For groups of 3 or more, discounts will apply at the end once all group members are added. When registering as a group, all group members must be from the same organization and registered at the same time. Each registrant from the group must provide a unique email address to obtain all confirmation.

 

**All selected presenters are expected to register for the conference themselves at the member rate and will be responsible for all their own conference-related expenses.

 

For all accepted abstracts, only one registration slot (for the corresponding author/submitter) will be held per abstract, regardless of the number of authors.

 

Additional authors are advised to register early to secure their registration.
