ONLINE ATTENDANCE
For those unable to attend in-person plenary sessions will be livestreamed throughout the three days on our virtual conference platform, alongside selected streams of themed presentations. A number of sessions, such as interactive workshops, will be limited to in-person attendees to ensure effective delivery. We strongly recommend attending in person to maximise your conference experience. In-person attendance provides invaluable opportunities to network with your peers and colleagues, to explore the full range of sessions, enjoy London's vibrant surroundings, and meet our leading experts and speakers face-to-face.
Registration for online attendance will open later in Spring.

Group registration
Group bookings are available. Please contact us at [email protected] with details for the group co-ordinator and the expected number of group members for further details.
GROUP REGISTRATION: Only an option for the full price, three-day experience (member or non-member). Group discount will not apply to any other discounts or categories. For groups of 3 or more, discounts will apply at the end once all group members are added. When registering as a group, all group members must be from the same organization and registered at the same time. Each registrant from the group must provide a unique email address to obtain all confirmations.
**All selected presenters are expected to register for the conference themselves at the member rate and will be responsible for all their own conference-related expenses.
For all accepted abstracts, only one registration slot (for the corresponding author/submitter) will be held per abstract, regardless of the number of authors.
Additional authors are not guaranteed a spot at the conference. This conference has sold out quickly in the past, so we encourage early registration to avoid disappointment.
If the conference fills up before registration closes in September, interested attendees are welcome to add themselves to our waitlist, where we may accept additional registrants as space permits.
